New Look Website

Today we launch our new look website ahead of the release of pilot transfer training app later this year. It's been a steep learning curve for two simple sailors but it's good to finally be able to share the fruits of our labour.

We have been supported throughout by some superb companies that have helped turn the vision of 'Every Maritime Pilot Goes Home Safe' into a reality. It remains our core beilief that in order to improve pilot ladder safety we need education not condemnation. We don't believe that the vast majority of non-compliant and potentially dangerous arrangements are through negligence but purely through a lack of training. We aim to tackle this root cause through tailored, targetted training and transform the safety of pilots during pilot transfer operations.

We are also launching our BRM-UP training, using our decades of piloting knowledge to upskill bridge teams, improve their knowledge, communication and assertiveness to prevent some of the recent allisions and groundings we have seen in the industry.

Finally we will be launching our Pilot Ladder end-to-end service in which we will manage the pilot transfer arrangements of vessel fleets, ensuring they are compliant, replaced in good time with an industry leading pilot ladder and providing wrap around support to prevent the costly delays associated with non-compliant pilot transfer arrangements.

All in all 2023 is going to be a huge year for us and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported and worked with us to get this far.

Calm seas and happy landings!

Gary & Andy
